STAGG's divestiture services relate to the development and implementation of divestiture strategies and divestiture programs, including assistance in preparing offering documents, developing lists of prospective purchasers, preparing presentation documents, and setting up data rooms.  Personnel of the firm are available throughout a divestiture program to assist in maintaining purchaser contacts, conduct site visitations, and coordinate due diligence work activities.
