Acquisitions and Divestitures
STAGG's acquisition services relate to the design and implementation of corporate acquisition programs for both developed and undeveloped natural resource properties. STAGG and associates of the company work closely with the geologic, engineering, financial, merger and acquisition, and corporate development groups of major clients.
STAGG's divestiture services relate to the development and implementation of divestiture strategies and divestiture programs, including assistance in preparing offering documents, and setting up data rooms. Personnel of the firm are available throughout a divestiture program to assist in maintaining purchaser contacts, conduct site visitations, and coordinate due diligence work activities.
